How much does a cleaning cost?

We charge a flat hourly rate for all bookings. With every clean, we have two cleaning specialists to ensure efficiency and attention to detail. Gunk Cleaners also provides all of our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. Please review our “Checklist” page for a detailed description of the services we provide.

  • Standard Home Checklist, Move in/Move out: $99/Hr

  • Commercial Space: $125/Hr

    *Please note all jobs have a minimum 1 hour booking requirement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently we accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card via Square.

How will you get into my house if I am not home?

Please advise our team on your preferred method of secure entry.

What if I need something cleaned that is not mentioned on the checklist?

Any extra services that you request can be discussed with our team via phone or e-mail.

Are you insured?

For your protection, we are both insured and bonded. However you must advise our team of any sensitive/fragile areas or items in your home (i.e. loose knobs, spouts, handles, fragile fixtures, appliances, etc.) so that we can clean around them.
